This episode of Parks & Rec was not good.

The writers need to stop fixating on their characters’ gimmicky personality traits (Ben is scared of cops - wah-ho, the comedy just writes itself!) and get back to telling stories. I know it’s easy to forget that Brendanawicz ever existed, but if you go back and watch the episodes where he was around, at least there was a grounding force in the show. Having all the characters dancing on the ceiling all the time is getting super obnoxious.

Also Dave is a character of integrity and deserved way way way better than this.
